No experience necessary! We provide a comprehensive safety briefing and operating instructions before you head out. Our staff will ensure you're comfortable and confident before you take off.

Bring a valid ID, credit card for the deposit, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your vehicle. We provide waterproof storage bags for small items like phones and keys.

Children ages 6 and up can ride as passengers on our two-seater models with an adult operator (18+). All passengers must wear provided life jackets. Operators must be 18+ with valid ID.

Safety first! If weather conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds, storms), we'll reschedule your rental at no charge or provide a full refund. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you if changes are needed.

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy: We ask that should you need to cancel your reservation, that you call or email at least 7 days before the rental date. We will retain 10% of your booking for processing fees. Should you need to cancel within the 7 day period we will try to re-book your equipment to alleviate your responsibility. Whatever portion we can fill you will receive credit for (less 10% processing fee). Special circumstances may apply to large groups or custom packages, please call for details.
