What experience level is required to rent a dirt bike?
We recommend intermediate to advanced riding experience for dirt
bike rentals. You should be comfortable with manual transmission,
off-road terrain, and motorcycle control. First-time riders should
consider our UTV rentals instead, which are more beginner-friendly.
What size dirt bikes do you have available?
We offer a range of bikes from 125cc to 450cc to accommodate
different skill levels and rider sizes. Our fleet includes 4-stroke models. We'll help you select the right bike
based on your experience, height, and riding style.
Do I need a motorcycle license to rent a dirt bike?
A valid driver's license is required, but a motorcycle endorsement
is not necessary since the bikes are for off-road use only. However,
you must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate basic riding
competency before taking out a bike.
What safety gear is provided with the rental?
We provide a DOT-approved helmet with every rental. We strongly
recommend wearing additional protective gear including goggles,
gloves, boots, knee/elbow pads, and a chest protector. You can rent
complete gear packages from us or bring your own equipment.
What's included with my dirt bike rental?
Your rental includes the dirt bike, helmet, full tank of gas/fuel
mix (depending on bike type), trail map, and basic tool kit.
Optional rentals include protective gear packages, spare tubes, and
GPS units. We also provide access to bike washing facilities.
Can I ride on public roads with the dirt bike?
No, our dirt bikes are for off-road use only and are not street
legal. They must stay on designated trails and off-road riding
areas. We provide detailed maps of approved riding areas. We offer off and dual sport motorbikes which can be driven on streets with a motorcycle endorsement.
What if I get a flat tire or mechanical issue?
Basic tools and a spare tube are included with your rental. If
you're unable to fix the issue yourself, call us for assistance.
Normal mechanical failures are covered, but damage from crashes or
improper use is the renter's responsibility. We recommend our damage
waiver coverage.
Can I transport the dirt bike myself?
Yes! If you have a truck or trailer with proper tie-downs, you can
transport the bike yourself. We'll help you load it securely. If you
don't have transportation, we offer delivery services to local
trailheads for an additional fee.
What is the security deposit for dirt bike rentals?
A security deposit is required at the time of rental and will be
authorized on your credit card. The amount varies by bike model but
typically ranges from $500-$1,000. The deposit is fully refunded
when the bike is returned in good condition with no damage.
